Most of us thought that by now the economy in the UK would have been well on the way to recovery, no such luck.

Economists at Standard Chartered bank said the economy will contract by 1.3% in 2012, having previously predicted growth of 0.6% for next year.

So unfortunately in 2012 we will have to work at least as hard as we did in 2011 and a presence on the internet will be more important than ever.
